## 2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
**2.1 Information you provide directly**
* Account registration details: email address, full name, country, password (stored hashed).
* Subscription / billing data: name and country of residence.
* Communication: any information you send us via email or our contact channels.
**2.2 Payment data**
Card and billing details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are **not stored on our servers**. We receive a token from Stripe identifying your customer record, the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and billing country — but never your full card number, CVV, or expiry.

* Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, error events. Used for security and to keep the site running.

**2.4 Information you choose to provide for the algorithm product**
If you license our algorithm, you may share configuration information (broker name, account size, risk parameters) for support purposes. We do not require, store, or have access to your broker login credentials.
We **do not** collect special-category data (e.g. health, biometric, political opinions) and ask you not to send us such data.

**4.2 Hosting and infrastructure provider (10Web)**
Provides the technical infrastructure on which the website is hosted. Acts as a processor on our behalf.
**4.3 Email and communications providers**
Where applicable, services we use to send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, receipts).

Lawyers, accountants, and auditors, where strictly necessary.

Where we are legally required to disclose data to a public authority (e.g. tax authority, court order, regulator).
We do not share your data with any third party for their independent marketing purposes.

Where any of our processors transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — typically the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or transfers to jurisdictions covered by an adequacy decision.
## 6. How Long We Keep Your Data
* **Account and subscription data:** retained for as long as your account is active and for up to **6 years** after closure, to comply with Bulgarian accounting and tax-record-keeping requirements (Bulgarian Accountancy Act).
* **Payment-related records:** retained as required by Bulgarian tax law (typically 5–10 years depending on document type).
* **Marketing consent records:** retained until you withdraw consent and for a reasonable period thereafter to evidence prior compliance.
* **Server logs:** retained for up to 12 months for security and operational analysis.
After the applicable retention period, your data is deleted or anonymised.

## 9. How We Protect Your Data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
* Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications with the website;
* Secure password storage (industry-standard hashing);
* Access controls limiting who within Imperium can access personal data;
* Regular software and security updates;
* Tokenised payment processing via Stripe (we do not store card data).
No system is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as required by GDPR.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
